Personal Training/Health Coaching

We will work together to increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. All of my programs are designed individually and offer the following:

Fitness Assessment

An important part of any responsible training program is a Fitness Assessment. It quantitatively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective assessment a baseline cannot be determined and progress will not be accurately measured.

Our assessment consultation will give me a baseline of your muscle strength, physical endurance and mindset, which will provide me with the information I need to put together your individual program.

Strength Training

Together, we will follow a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. Your workouts will not be repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results with the combination of using weights, body weight, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results

To maximize your progress, I will continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without ongoing assessments. I will continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Virtual training

If you aren’t able to come to the studio, or prefer to work out at home, I offer customized at-home programming and ZOOM virtual training. Minimal equipment is needed.
